Custom:  $.03 - .07 per sq. inch

Custom work includes SID (stitch in ditch), different treatment in different blocks or sections of your quilt, and free motion designs that are not applied all over. The pricing varies according to the complexity and density of the pattern.

Fancy Meander: $.025 - .0275 per sq. inch

A fancy meander is an all-over free-motion, continuous line, labor intensive pattern. I specialize in patterns containing leaves, vines, and flowers, or various geometric and abstract shapes.

Larger All Over Meanders: $.0175 - .0225 per sq. inch

ADDITIONAL PRICING INFORMATION

Minimum Quilting Charge: $60.00

Thread Charge: $6.00 per quilt.

Batting:  

I carry Warm and Natural cotton batting and Hobbs 80/20, both are 90 inches wide. The price is slightly higher than my wholesale cost and less than standard retail. Or you may provide your own batt.

Sewing Charges: 

$10.00 per seam (if you have me seam your backing fabric). I will also bind your quilt at a flat $30/hour rate.

Personalized Custom Embroidered Label:

Minimum: $30.00 per finished label, depending upon complexity of design.  Minimum of $20.00 if you do the label finishing and I just do the embroidered lettering.

Labels can be made with a variety of embroidered designs or simply with lettering.  I tend to finish these labels like little quilts, with binding around the label.  It should then be sewn onto the back of the quilt by hand.
